Pretreatment line series for profiled steel bars

Pretreatment lines is a process making steel painted with protective paint and dried after surface ball blast and rust removal prior to the process of steel. It could improve the erosion-resistant and fatigue-resistant performance of components after the boards are processed by pretreatment lines.

Pretreatment line QXY is mainly composed of transportation system, pre-heating device, ball blast cleaning, paint spraying, drying system, dust removal and paint fog treatment system and electrical control system etc. The process width is between 1m and 4m according to different models. The pretreatment line has been widely applied for lines such as vessel manufacturing, automobile, elevator, chemical industry and motorcycle etc.
